Voice Intake & Lead Delivery

Turns voice-agent conversations into useful lead summaries, even when the CRM is unavailable.

My role

implemented the voice-intake and email-delivery service at Bob.Pro.

The problem

A useful customer enquiry should not depend on a successful CRM update before the team can receive and act on it.

The approach

Built an email-first handoff from captured call details, with structured summaries, separate test recipients, and consolidation of repeated updates.

What it enables

Makes captured lead information available by email and clearly reports whether it was also saved to the CRM.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Useful handoff

collects captured caller details into a structured email summary so the team has a readable record for follow-up.

CRM independence

supports email delivery when CRM writes are disabled, missing configuration, or unsuccessful, while reporting the actual save status.

Safe testing

separates assistant test recipients from real delivery recipients so trial calls do not reach the operational inbox by mistake.

Architecture

treats call capture, summary assembly, email notification, and CRM persistence as separate responsibilities rather than one all-or-nothing action.

Design boundary

combines repeated captures within a running service, but does not promise a single email across separate servers or widely spaced updates.
