Built custom Mattermost integrations and agent-bridge workflows; I did not build the upstream chat platform.
The problem
Teams need to turn conversations into useful AI work while keeping action approval and resulting updates connected to the original discussion.
The approach
Extended upstream Mattermost with custom web interactions and an agent bridge. Reviewed chat proposals can create Dispatch work, and results or approval questions return to the originating thread.

Brings AI assistance and engineering handoffs into the conversation, with a person approving consequential job actions.

Browser media capture
Supports screen, camera and combined picture-in-picture recording in compatible browsers.
Reviewed work handoff
Human-approved proposals create engineering jobs or schedules and retain the originating conversation context.
Architecture
The chat plugin handles interaction, the bridge coordinates agent actions and Dispatch manages engineering work.
Scope
Archived upstream customization; browser recording is not a native desktop recording feature.
