Service Operations & Early Access Prototype

A service-business backend paired with an early-access website for customer discovery, signup and structured feedback.

My role

Built service-management APIs, appointment notification workflows and the supporting early-access frontend across two repositories.

The problem

Small service businesses need an organized place for client and appointment information, while a new product needs a clear way to collect feedback from prospective operators.

The approach

Implemented client and appointment APIs with scoped persistence and notification scheduling, then added a separate marketing/onboarding frontend with waitlist and survey flows.

What it enables

Provides scoped client and appointment workflows, scheduled reminder tasks and a structured early-access feedback journey; the operational API and onboarding frontend remain separate prototypes.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Client and appointment management

Authenticated operations associate clients and appointments with their service provider and expose appointment details and updates.

Reminder workflow

Confirmed appointments can enqueue notifications and schedule day-before/hour-before reminder tasks.

Early-access onboarding

Signup writes profiles and waitlist entries, issues referral codes and directs participants into a feedback survey.

Customer discovery

A multi-step survey records pain points, current tools and feature priorities with response persistence and progress feedback.

Scope

Backend and supporting onboarding prototype; appointment-API integration into the website, autonomous receptionist behavior and external push/email/SMS delivery are not established end to end.
