Prospecting & Outreach Operations

Multi-channel outreach with scheduled voicemail, flexible review, and visible delivery status.

My role

added delivery channels and operational controls to a Bob.Pro prospecting application.

The problem

Outreach teams need to coordinate messages across channels and understand whether a send is waiting, blocked, submitted, or delivered.

The approach

Extended the prospecting application with scheduled voicemail, provider delivery updates, configurable approvals, and recoverable email sending.

What it enables

Gives operators control over review policy and a clearer explanation of unsuccessful sends, helping them decide what can retry and what needs attention.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Scheduled voicemail

connects recordings and outreach sequences to a voicemail provider, with delivery updates attached to the originating message.

Flexible approval

supports either manual review or automatically approved scheduling, allowing operators to choose the policy that fits their workflow.

Visible exceptions

records attempts and failure reasons so temporary sending limits are distinguishable from messages that need operator action.

Architecture

separates campaign state, scheduled sending, and provider feedback so submission is not confused with confirmed delivery.

Channel integration

brings voicemail and Gmail-based email into a shared operational workflow. The case describes product capabilities, not measured campaign performance.
