Architecture illustration. Notes are reviewed before CRM submission; queued work is not guaranteed synchronization.

The problem

Crews need to document work on site while the office needs complete job records, even when connectivity is unreliable.

The approach

Built a field web app and API around assigned jobs, required checklist evidence, queued offline submissions and reviewed note capture. CRM and photo-service integrations keep evidence connected to the relevant job.

What it enables

Helps crews capture work where it happens and gives the office job-linked records, with failed submissions visible rather than silently treated as complete.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Complete field evidence

Checklists can require answers and photos before submission.

Connectivity-aware work

Offline queues retry later and surface submissions that need attention.

Reviewable notes

Recorded notes are transcribed and structured for review before CRM submission.

Connected job photos

Photo-service records stay associated with the job for office inspection.

Scope

Connected client tooling with explicit failure states; queued work is not a guarantee of eventual synchronization, and voice-note capture is separate from inbound phone reception.
