Commercial Loan Referral Platform — Demo

A full-stack demonstration of partner submissions, administrative deal management and borrower-facing status visibility.

My role

Built the full-stack interview/demo implementation and refined its workflows and interface.

The problem

Loan referrals need different experiences for submitting partners, reviewing administrators and borrowers following progress, while keeping their responsibilities distinct.

The approach

Built role-oriented workspaces backed by persisted deals and activity records, with guided intake, lender import and commission tracking.

What it enables

Implemented a coherent multi-role referral lifecycle suitable for demonstration, without claiming real financed loans, paid commissions or regulated production use.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Partner intake

A guided deal-submission experience supports draft creation and promotion into submitted records tied to the authenticated partner.

Administrative workflow

Pipeline management combines deal review, lender assignment, status changes and persisted activity history.

Lender onboarding

A CSV wizard supports upload, column mapping, sanitized preview and import results instead of requiring manual entry for every lender.

Role-specific visibility

Partners inspect commission records while borrowers see simplified deal statuses and an authenticated history view.

Scope

Substantive full-stack demonstration with database/authentication integration, not a static UI mock or a claim of a deployed lending business. Commission records are not payment execution.
