Clinic Collections Workflow Prototype

A synthetic-data workspace for reviewing collections queues, case timelines and patient-message templates.

My role

Implemented the collections interface and editable message-template preview.

The problem

Clinic staff need to examine proposed collections workflows and communication language before involving real patient records or outbound messages.

The approach

Built a browser prototype with connected case views, message-cadence previews and a local template editor that shows changes immediately.

What it enables

Supports concrete staff review of the proposed workflow without implying that the prototype sends messages or processes payments.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Case review

Queues and timelines make the proposed sequence of staff actions inspectable.

Communication design

Cadence previews and live template editing support review of patient-facing language.

Architecture

Synthetic cases and local editing state provide a bounded workflow demonstration.

Scope

Imports, sign-in and message sending are simulated; this is not a backend collections service, payment system or compliance-certified application.
