Catalog Operations Console

A read-only review workspace for vendor pricing, promotions and product-catalog reconciliation.

My role

Implemented catalog matching, provenance-aware reports, guarded export logic and the review interface.

Architecture illustration. Read-only review and exports, not automated commerce-platform updates.

The problem

Catalog teams need to compare vendor and ERP information without letting uncertain product matches become accidental pricing changes.

The approach

Built a reconciliation pipeline and review interface that separate imports, product matching, differences and guarded workbook exports from any commerce-platform write.

What it enables

Makes discrepancies and source evidence easier to inspect, while keeping ambiguous matches and conflicting targets out of change-ready exports.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Focused review

Search, filters and sorting help operators compare prices and promotions across source records.

Inspectable matches

Product identifiers and row provenance show why records were linked; ambiguous matches are held for review.

Safer exports

Review workbooks exclude unresolved or conflicting update targets.

Separate decisions

Taxonomy and tagging review are distinct from pricing and promotion reconciliation.

Scope

Read-only analysis and approval workbooks, not automated writes to Shopify, Acumatica or Amazon.
