Builder Discovery Assistance — Prototype

An internal meeting-assistance prototype for private follow-ups and unresolved requirements, currently restricted to synthetic sessions.

My role

Implemented private discovery workflow tooling, model integration and explicit boundaries between presenter context and meeting output.

The problem

Discovery calls require builders to listen, track unknowns and ask useful follow-ups without exposing internal notes or letting an assistant speak for them.

The approach

Built preparation tooling and a separate presenter-only meeting service. Finalized transcript segments produce evidence-linked follow-up suggestions, while operator review controls the meeting bot's lifecycle and keeps suggestions out of participant-facing channels.

What it enables

Makes unresolved requirements and follow-up questions visible to the builder while preserving human control over the conversation. The service's enabled scope remains internal synthetic, listen-only testing rather than client production use.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Private follow-ups

Finalized utterances produce evidence-linked suggestions the builder can mark asked, answered or dismissed without triggering outbound meeting actions.

Reviewed lifecycle

Operator authentication and review steps govern silent bot creation, recovery, leaving and transient-state purging.

Architecture

Preparation artifacts feed distinct local-script and typed web-service implementations; transcript ingestion, question generation, private projection and lifecycle state have separate responsibilities.

Scope

Internal, synthetic-session prototype with presenter-only suggestions. Participant chat, visual output, export and production deployment are not enabled.
