Approach
Built an AI pipeline using ElevenLabs and Claude to convert articles into multi-speaker audio, with a Next.js admin dashboard and Expo mobile app for listening.

Reduced episode production from hours to under 15 minutes at less than €2 per episode.
What I Built
- Designed an end-to-end AI pipeline that ingests medical journal articles, extracts key findings, and generates conversational podcast scripts using Claude.
- Integrated ElevenLabs for multi-speaker voice synthesis, producing natural-sounding host/guest dialogue from generated scripts.
- Built a Next.js admin dashboard for editorial review, episode management, and publication scheduling.
- Developed an Expo-based mobile app with offline listening, specialty-based subscriptions, and CME credit tracking.
- Reduced per-episode production cost to under €2 while maintaining medical accuracy through structured prompt engineering.
