AI Video Production Workflow Prototype

A project workspace for planning, generating and reviewing multi-segment advertising and social videos.

My role

Built planning and generation workflows, reference consistency handling and background-processing integration.

The problem

Generating isolated AI clips does not provide a complete creative workflow: users need control over segment plans, references, continuity and the assembled result.

The approach

Separated project planning and prompt review from segment generation, automated quality analysis and background media assembly, with persistent job and segment state.

What it enables

Gives creators editable segment plans, reference-aware generation and visible processing progress rather than a disconnected collection of generated clips.

The work,
and its boundaries.

Creative planning

Segment plans expose editable prompts and first/last-frame, ingredient-based or timestamped creative structures.

Reference consistency

Character/product references and extracted frames inform subsequent segments, with prompt-congruence and text-quality analysis paths.

Production workflow

Segment generation feeds background frame extraction, transition analysis and concatenation into a final video artifact.

Project visibility

Persisted project/segment status and progress reporting give the workspace an inspectable generation lifecycle and targeted regeneration controls.

Scope

Implemented creative-production prototype with provider and background-processing integrations; separate from MyVideoGift and not a demonstrated production deployment.
